Have you noticed that we don't seem to be all that well adapted to this
planet, given that we're supposed to have evolved here?
Don't get me wrong. I'm not questioning evolution. There's too much
evidence all around us that evolution really takes place for me to dispute
it. I'm sure we evolved, but did we evolve here? Consider:
There isn't really anywhere on the planet that naked people are
comfortable all year round. It either gets too hot at noon in the
summer, or too cold at night in the winter. People almost everywhere
wear clothes at least part of the time, and people everywhere build
houses of some sort.
Sunglasses are popular everywhere from the equator to the poles.
If we're supposed to have evolved under this sun, why don't our eyes do a
better job of adapting to it?.
Sleep researchers have discovered that if people are cut off from
time cues, they naturally adjust to a 25-hour day.
Why are people so prone to backaches and fallen arches?
Why are so many people allergic to substances found naturally in the
environment?
Based strictly on the evidence, it would seem that we evolved on a planet
orbiting a red giant, with almost no axial tilt, a 25-hour day, and
somewhat lower gravity than we have on earth.
